-The first and easiest thing to look for when locked out is to see if you have any windows that were left unlocked. You may need something to pry off the window screen if one is installed.

-If the windows are all locked the next best option is to find a door that has the latch visible. If you have an exterior door like this you may be able to use a screwdriver or other tool to walk the latch back and open the door that way.

-if neither of these options are available you will need to call a professional locksmith to get you back into your property.
